
JACK VANCHIERI
Mr. Vanchieri began practicing law in 1962. He specializes
in real estate, representing purchasers and sellers relative
to residential
and commercial transactions. Mr. Vanchieri also has an active estates
practice and is a member of the firm’s Commercial Transactions
Group representing clients in various aspects of commercial law,
including the purchase and sale of businesses. Mr. Vanchieri is currently
the
managing partner and is responsible for the overall day to day operation
of the law firm.
Mr. Vanchieri graduated from St. John's University School of Law in
1959.

RAYMOND L. FERRIER
Mr. Ferrier has been practicing law since 1967. He presently represents
sellers and purchasers of residential and commercial real estate as
well as condominium and cooperative units.
Mr. Ferrier is counsel to the Brooklyn New York Multiple Listing Service
which is an organization comprised of over 200 member real estate brokerage
firms. Over the years, Mr. Ferrier has lectured regularly to attorneys
and real estate brokers about real estate, contracts, closings and
the area of real estate law in general. Mr. Ferrier is approved by
the New York State Department of State as a real estate instructor
to lecture at real estate qualifying and continuing education courses
for real estate brokers.
Mr. Ferrier is a graduate of Brooklyn College
and St. John's University School of Law.
ANNA M. TEPEDINO
Ms. Tepedino began working for the firm in 1992 as an associate and
became a partner in January, 2001. Currently she manages the mortgage
closing department. Her duties include supervising attorneys, paralegals
and support staff relative to the closing of residential mortgage loans
for lenders represented by the firm. Her responsibilities also include
ensuring the lender's first lien position, clear title, adequate surveys
and compliance with regulatory requirements. Ms. Tepedino is also responsible
for negotiations between lenders and borrowers of escrow deposits for
New York City violations and certificate of occupancy requirements.
Additionally, as a member of the Real Estate Group, Ms. Tepedino is
involved in representing individual purchasers and sellers in residential
real estate transactions involving single and multifamily homes as
well as cooperatives and condominiums. She has also been involved with
the preparation of condominium offering plans and amendments thereto
and represents the sponsor of several condominiums.
Ms. Tepedino is admitted to practice in the states of New York, New
Jersey and Florida. She is a past president of the Bay Ridge Lawyers’ Association
and a former member of the executive board of directors of the Bay
Ridge Community Council.
Ms. Tepedino earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 1991
as an evening student while working full time in the construction industry.
Her background in construction aids in her current duties as a real
estate attorney.
Ms. Tepedino earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree
from Pace University in 1986.

HON K. LAI
Hon K. Lai began working for the firm in 1993 as an associate attorney.
Mr. Lai serves as a manger of the mortgage closing department.
Mr. Lai reviews title, prepares loan documents and closes mortgage
loans. As a member of the Real Estate Group, Mr. Lai also represents
individuals in the purchase and sale of real property and cooperative
apartments in addition to representing a cooperative apartment
corporation. Additionally Mr. Lai is a member of the Litigation
Group representing clients in various real estate cases.
Mr. Lai is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut and New
Jersey as well as the Federal Courts in the Southern District of
New York, the Eastern District of New York, the District of New
Jersey and the United States Tax Court.
Mr. Lai is the treasurer of the Bay Ridge Lawyers’ Association
and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
Mr. Lai graduated from State University of New York at Buffalo
School of Law in 1993 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History
from New York University in 1990.

MICHAEL A. FERRIER
Michael A. Ferrier began working for the firm in 1993 while in law
school. Upon graduation in 1995, Mr. Ferrier was hired as an associate
attorney and became a partner in January, 2001. Mr. Ferrier initially
worked in the mortgage closing department in which he reviewed title,
prepared loan documents and closed loans. Presently Mr. Ferrier manages
the firm’s Trusts, Wills and Estates Group, representing clients
in probate and contested estate proceedings, estate planning, elder
law, preparation of Wills and Living Trusts and advance care directives.
Additionally as a member of the Litigation Group, Mr. Ferrier handles
real estate litigation and foreclosure matters for the firm. Mr.
Ferrier also represents individuals in the purchase and sale of real
estate
and cooperative apartments.
Mr. Ferrier is a past president of the Bay Ridge Lawyers’ Association,
was a Trustee of the Brooklyn Bar Association, was a member of the Kings
County Democratic Organization Judicial Screening Committee and is
a former director of the Bay Ridge Community Council. Mr. Ferrier
was
a member of New York City Community Board 11, the New York County Lawyers’ Association
and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the
Columbus Citizens’ Foundation, of which he served as co-chair
of the law committee. Mr. Ferrier graduated from St. John’s University
School of Law in 1995, cum laude. While at St. John’s, he received
the American Jurisprudence Award in real property and was the recipient
of a merit
scholarship.
Mr. Ferrier graduated from Boston College,
magna cum
laude, in 1992 where he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics.
Mr. Ferrier is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and Florida
and is also admitted to practice before the Federal Courts in the Southern
District of New York, the Eastern District of New York and the District
of New Jersey.

CARL V. GRASSULLO
Carl V. Grassullo began working for the firm in 1989 as an associate
and became a partner in January, 1993. Mr. Grassullo is one of the
firm’s top trial lawyers. As a member of the Personal Injury
Group and Litigation Group, Mr. Grassullo regularly represents clients
who have sustained injuries in accidents. Mr. Grassullo has worked
on the firm’s largest personal injury cases.
Mr. Grassullo graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1986, cum laude.
While at Brooklyn Law School, he received the American Jurisprudence
Award in Evidence and Torts. Upon graduating from Brooklyn Law School,
Mr. Grassullo was appointed as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for
the New York City Law Department where he was assigned to the commercial
litigation and torts divisions. At the Law Department, Mr. Grassullo
was responsible for litigation and negotiation and mediation of commercial
and liability matters involving the City of New York. Prior to his
position at the Law Department, Mr. Grassullo was employed at the
Kings County District Attorney’s office in the Organized Crime
Bureau.
Mr. Grassullo graduated from Brooklyn College in 1982, cum
laude with
honors.
